Falon is Kristin's husband and assists her with various administrative duties such as billing, networking, website management, and general bookkeeping.

He is a career public servant and is very active in the community, serving on various boards and committees. 

He earned an Associate of Applied Science in Accounting from Eastern Gateway Community College, Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Faulkner University and a Master of Public Administration from Jacksonville State University.

Falon's interests include local history and beekeeping.
